We offer many ways to pay your bill. You can pay using our First Electric mobile app, our website, our office or by calling 844-729-3322.
How do I get new service?
You can request new service by completing an application on our app or you can call 800-489-7405.

MoneyGram

First Electric has partnered with MoneyGram to increase the number of locations and hours of operation available for you to pay your bill.

Here’s how to pay with MoneyGram:

1. Find a MoneyGram location that accepts bill payments, such as Walmart. 

2. Bring the following:

  • Enough cash for the electric bill plus the $1.50 MoneyGram fee
  • First Electric account number
  • Receive Code: 15148
