First Electric Coronavirus Response - For the safety of our members, customers and employees during the COVID-19 outbreak, our lobbies will be closed effective March 17, 2020, in Bryant, Heber Springs, Jacksonville, Perryville and Stuttgart until April 1. Drive-thru services will remain open at all locations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Stuttgart office will have a payment drop-off at the front entrance doors. First Electric Cooperative’s AutoCard payment plan allows you automatically to charge your monthly electric bill to an American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. This recurring monthly payment plan eliminates the need to call or pay online each month. 

No more checks, stamps or worrying about late payments or late fees. You will continue to receive a monthly bill with a notation that the balance automatically will be charged to your debit or credit card on the due date.
