First Electric Coronavirus Response - For the safety of our members, customers and employees during the COVID-19 outbreak, our lobbies will be closed in Bryant, Heber Springs, Jacksonville, Perryville and Stuttgart until further notice. Drive-thru services will remain open at all locations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Stuttgart office will have a payment drop-off at the front entrance doors. Sign up for Paperless Billing and reduce your monthly paper usage  and mailbox clutter  by reviewing and paying your monthly electric bill online. It's free, convenient and secure!

Once you enroll in Paperless Billing, you'll receive an email each month alerting that your bill is available for online viewing. It allows access to your account and bill online – any time, from any internet connection. It also provides up to 24 months billing history that can easily be accessed, saved or printed for your records.

To enroll using First Electric app - log in, from the My Profile screen select Update My Printed Bill Settings and change Printed Bill Status to Off.
