(Pictured) Kohen’s Park Foundation was started by Kohen’s family so they and the community could remember him every day after he went to be with the Lord in 2008. The park is located in Sylvania. If offers eight acres of playgrounds, a pavilion, a soccer field, a basketball court, walking trail and more. The goal of the Kohen’s Park is to provide a place of joy for children so that the joy Kohen brought everyone will never be forgotten. With the $2,000 Operation Round-Up donation, the foundation will add more mulch, powder-coat benches and replace sand in the sandbox. God has always made a way for the foundation to maintain the equipment and continues to do so with the generosity of everyone involved in ORU.
