Service Disconnections for Non-payment Resume

First Electric is resuming disconnection of electric services for non-payment. The Arkansas Public Service Commission has lifted the moratorium to suspend all disconnections of electric services per the State of Emergency order issued by Governor Asa Hutchinson.

IF YOU HAVE A DELINQUENT BALANCE on your electric bill, please call us immediately at 800-489-7405 to see what payment arrangements may be available to you.

All accounts not made current or not set up with payment arrangements may be disconnected for non-payment.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) funds may be available for those that qualify to receive help paying utility bills. Funds are limited, so apply now! For more information and to apply, go to acaaa.org.
