Residential Service Installation Standards
If you are planning to construct a new facility that requires electric power, please view the Member Installations Standards Manual. This document is presented for use in planning and constructing electrical wiring and equipment installations intended for connection to First Electric Cooperative power lines.
The drawing files listed below are specific to the type of facility and its power requirements. Please review the list carefully to identify the specific drawing related to your facility. If you should have any questions, you may inquire by e-mail or calling 1-800-489-7405.
The Member or the Member’s Representative is encouraged to contact First Electric before any planning or construction takes place regarding the need for new electrical service, or changes to existing service. For all work on the Member’s electrical facilities, First Electric strongly recommends the use of a qualified, licensed electrical contractor.
